- The Sale cannot be completed unless you agree to the terms.
- Payment may be made by secure debit/credit card transaction or PROFORMA invoice by cheque.
- VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (17.5%) unless otherwise specified.
- Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms of
the Data Protection Act 1984.
- All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.
- We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.
- Our standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery. Although every effort is made for prompt delivery, we cannot be responsible for any delays once goods have left our premises.
Where customers have requested and paid for a specified delivery time, and this has not been met, only the additional delivery charge will be refunded not the full amount.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer, or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery charges to MAINLAND UK will be displayed when ordering online, ORDERS OVER £50 are FREE - Certain areas of Scotland and RoIreland and other offshore destinations may incur extra charges, please inquire when ordering.
- We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.
- For exchange you will need to supply a copy of your receipt.
If the goods are found to be defective we will send a replacement within
28 days.
- We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
- All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn
at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an
alternative or given a full refund.
- Payment can be made by most Debit & Credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Eurocard, Solo, Mastercard, JCB and Switch.
Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
- We WILL NOT pass your details to ANY third parties.
- Our returns policy is in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from receiving the goods, providing that you contact us beforehand and receive confirmation for a refund and provided it is in pristine condition in its original box and packaging and is unused.
- Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
- Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt.
- The Customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. Goods must be returned "as new" or in the same condition that they were received in. There should be no damage, all parts, items should be returned, all packaging must be included and the manufacturer packaging must not be defaced in manner.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
